It is important to be aware that the Fire Risk Assessment process alone does not provide legislative compliance. There is a duty to manage the risks discovered on the properties for which you are responsible.

It is essential to maintain a log book of all tests and training carried out. The Fire Risk Assessment has to be monitored and reviewed annually or sooner if any work practices or alterations to the premises are carried out.
