Health and Safety within the Construction Industry has no compromise.

As inherent members of the Project Design Team our CDM Co-ordinators build effective working relationships with all key personnel through clear and concise communication, providing informed guidance which is essential to delivering a successful Project.

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 came into force on the 6th April 2015. They replace the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 and the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1996.

Since the 1st April 2007, the Planning Supervisor’s title changed to that of CDM Co-ordinator and the focus now is on the actions necessary to reduce and manage risks.

It is intended for paperwork to be minimised and for clear communication between all parties to be a core element. In consideration of this APS will continue to provide free on-line access to Clients who commission our Services for Project Co-ordination purposes.

Access will be by secure Username and Password Log-In reserved for a specific Project and provided to nominated parties under the strict control of the Client.
